Courses & tours held at the Chateau du Puits es Pratx
Tours – We organise our own wine tours by the day or half-day to a selection of private Vignerons both in Les Corbiéres & le Minervois. Complete the experience & visit the producers of the wines you drink & absorb the passion with which they are made. You also have the opportunity to buy their wines at vineyard prices.
Cultural & historic tours can also be arranged that can include visits to the Cathar Castles, Le Gorge du Galamus, Le Pont Du Gard & Arles & the Salvador Dali museum just across the Spanish border.

Courses – A range of Creative courses can be arranged while you are on holiday, subject to numbers & time of year, with professional experts in Cookery, Photography, Music, Language, Dance & Painting. Day or half-day courses can be booked & more information obtained by email.

Horse Riding There are stables behind the Domaine for all abilities both for jumping & trekking & another facility 5 minutes away. Horse riding can also be arranged near Gruissan on the coast.
Tennis & Golf There are tennis courts in Ginestas & good golf at Carcassonne, Bezieres & Agde.
Canoeing & Kayaking is 40 minutes away that can be arranged for you.
White Water Rafting in the foothills of the Pyrenees 60 minutes away.
Skiing in the Pyrenees is beautiful & often there are NO queues.
Canal Boat trips can be organised to relax & enjoy leisurely hours along the Canal Du Midi.
Wind & Kite surfing can be arranged for all experience levels.
Deep sea fishing can be booked & licence information can be obtained for river fishing.
Beaches & Children’s activities There are some lovely beaches that are obviously busy in the peak season but there is always room for more! There are a couple of water-parks for children & an African Safari Park that is extremely popular with all ages, children come back very happy & excited. 20 mins drive away is Lac De Jourres where children can hire pedalos, bathe or canoe & 45 minutes drive into the beautiful mountains of L'Espinouse there are beautiful gorges with rock pools for children to bathe in & just a little further, north of St Pons is Lac de Ravienne with all types of water-sports & children's activities.
